Marc will be speaking about his role as the Chief of Staff for the Recovery Task Force and the challenges faced by the municipality and the citizens of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.

On June 28, 2016 a quiet neighbourhood in Mississauga was rocked by an explosion. Ivana will lead a discussion about her role as the Emergency Information Officer and the challenges that were faced by the EIO and her team in the hours and days that followed the explosion.

Jim Montgomery, Deputy Chief, Emergency Management, City of Ottawa
Jim will be discussing the response and recovery to the Ottawa Sinkhole that occurred in June 2016 effecting the downtown core and multiple layers of critical infrastructure.
