Our featured speakers will be Jane Shapiro, SVP, National Practice Leader - Hill & Knowlton Strategies, a renowned global public relations and integrated communications agency, and Suzanne Bernier, Crisis Consultant, speaker and author of "Disaster Heroes".

They will be joined by senior level Crisis Management professionals to form a high powered discussion panel:
