This session will offer insight on areas to consider when making an ERP selection, upgrade or modification to your financial suite.  Panelists will discuss operational, cultural, and resourcing considerations as well as field questions from the audience.  Presented by Jake Licht (COO - Baden Sports), Jon Raymond (Consumer Recruiting - Amazon), Darren Ricci (SVP ERP Strategy – Wells Fargo), and Clayton Wood (COO, IUNU).

Jake Licht
COO, Baden Sports

Jake Licht is Baden Sports’ Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Baden Brand. He oversees daily operations for the company’s Baden Sports and Axe Bat divisions and is responsible for team, product and brand strategy for the Baden Brand.  Baden Sports, a family owned and operated company, was formed over 35 years ago to build the highest quality sporting goods in the world. In 1984, Baden created the first women’s basketball and its patented Cushion Control Technology changed the way all high-end basketballs have been made for the past 20 years. Baden’s full product lineup now includes balls for every sport, backyard games, ball carts, and accessories.  Licht first joined Baden Sports in 2014, as VP of Operations, focused on building a winning team and creating best practices in product development, product management and global Supply Chain management. He has overseen Baden’s growth in manufacturing through their factory in the Dominican Republic.
Licht was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and VP of Baden Brand in September 2016.  Licht graduated from Western Washington University with degrees in Management Information Systems and East Asian Studies and earned his Masters in Software Development Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jon Raymond

By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience - Amazon continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform. Amazon's evolution from Web site to e-commerce partner to development platform is driven by the spirit of innovation that is part of the company's DNA. The world's brightest technology minds come to Amazon.com to research and develop technology that improves the lives of shoppers and sellers around the world.  Jon has spent the greater part of his career matching the technical needs of regional clients with the expertise and specific skill sets of contractors and/or employees.  His acute approach to finding the right technical, business, and cultural blend for clients have made him a successful force in the marketplace.  Raymond graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business Finance and Accounting.
