Foundations for Primary Grades (formerly EERTI) cohorts are professional learning communities that grow K-3 teachers' understanding of early numeracy development and improve their abilities for establishing in students strong foundations for fluently adding and subtracting.  As a member of a Foundations for Primary Grades cohort, participants will receive specialized training from an experienced math intervention teacher featuring evidence-based strategies and materials from experts in early numeracy development.  Cohort facilitators will provide support to each educator as new strategies and methods are utilized in the classroom.

Participant Requirements:
-Must be a primary grades (K-3) classroom teacher.
-Attend and fully participate in all in-person meetings.
-Complete required readings and assignments.
-Reflect on practice and be prepared to share thoughts with others.
-Must provide feedback on surveys and evaluation forms.

Schedule:
Session 1: Oct. 24 & 25; 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST
Session 2: Dec. 2; 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST
Session 3: Feb. 10; 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST
Session 4: Mar. 24; 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST
