KCM CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS: If you should need to cancel your registration for any reason, please be sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before doing so:

Canceling 4 Weeks or More Before the Training Date: If a participant requests to cancel their registration more than 4 weeks before a training date, their registration will be cancelled, and no fees will be charged to said individual.

Canceling 3 Weeks and 6 Days or Less Before the First Training Date: If a participant requests to cancel their registration within 3 weeks and 6 days, or less before the first training date, their registration will be cancelled, but an invoice will be sent to said individual and their school/organization with a cancellation fee of 7.5% of the total training cost. This cancellation fee will cover return shipping costs for any training materials and staff time for returning said items.

Canceling After Already Attending a Portion of the Training: If a participant has attended a portion of a training, but is unable to attend the remaining dates or times, that participant will be responsible for making up those dates with another training cohort. If said individual chooses not to make up those dates with another training cohort, or another cohort is not offered, the individual and their school/organization will receive an invoice for any/all training fees and materials, and will be responsible for these charges.

Before You Cancel: If a participant has registered for a training, but find that they are no longer able to attend, the KCM encourages said individual to nominate another co-worker or colleague to attend the training in their place.
