Joe Kosch of neothink will give an overview of Office 365 and share some of the challenges and complications of what an administrator can expect when deploying an Office 365 package and ways to save when upgrading from Exchange Server.

Then Joe will talk about Windows 10 which is one of the most anticipated operating system upgrades in history. He will speak about whether you should upgrade, how to upgrade, and any of the common complications and/or issues an administrator might see while using windows 10 and give a brief summary of the new features within Windows 10.

The afternoon will be a roundtable discussion of what libraries are using to manage day-to-day operations and sharing your successes and challenges.  Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with other IT staff.
