Most of us have days when we feel bored, overloaded, and/or unappreciated. When the dozen balls we keep in the air aren’t noticed, let alone rewarded, we may feel that dragging ourselves out of bed requires the determination of Hercules. If you feel like this most of the time, however, you may be flirting with burnout.

Burnout reduces your productivity and saps your energy, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless, hopeless, cynical, and resentful. Eventually, you may feel like you have nothing more to give.

Competency: Manages the development and ongoing improvement of skills and knowledge.
Sub-Category: Supports self and others in pursuit of a balanced lifestyle.

Presenter:  Jennifer Grantham
Jennifer has developed and conducted coaching seminars for clergy staff, sales teams and business leaders for the last ten years. She was awarded the NAPW Woman of the Year Award in 2013 and holds degrees in both Theology and Life Coaching.
