Morning:
 Session will focus on:
  •  self awareness
  •  self engagement
  •  awareness of other and engagement with them
Scenario based learning will help clarify application of session content and create opportunities to share experiences.

Presenter: 
Catherine Monnin has extensive experience in leading from the middle.  She has decades of experience as a branch manager  as well as extensive experience as an administrator, including Branch Services Director, at Cuyahoga County Public Library. Her strengths include coaching leaders to strengthen emotional intelligence skills in order to improve performance, effectively influence others, and navigate through ambiguity and conflict. 
She was twice a mentor at Library Leadership Ohio and served as Board President of CAMLS.

Afternoon:
Join your colleagues for a networking lunch.  Follwoing lunch will be a hands-on exercise that will benefit your branch staff when communicating change.
The day will conclude with a brag, borrow, and copy roundtable discussion for branch managers.
