Event Description
The EEMC (Erikson Early Math Collaborative) Preschool professional development features content developed by the Erikson Institute, leaders in early childhood education. Participants will learn how to spark children’s mathematical learning though developmentally appropriate exploration, discussion and activity using high-impact, evidence-based strategies and children’s literature which support the teaching and learning of early mathematics.

The EEMC (Erikson Early Math Collaborative) Preschool professional development features content developed by the Erikson Institute, leaders in early childhood education.  Participants will learn how to spark children’s mathematical learning though developmentally appropriate exploration, discussion and activity using high-impact, evidence-based strategies and children’s literature which support the teaching and learning of early mathematics.


EEMC Preschool Plus training includes 8 half-day training sessions that will take place from 9:00am - 12:00pm, EST. The dates for each session are as follows:

Session 1: August 15
Session 2: September 12
Session 3: October 24
Session 4: November 14
Session 5: December 12
Session 6: January 16, 2015
Session 7: March 20
Session 8: April 24


Registration will no longer be available for this event after 11:59pm on July 29, 2014.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you should need to cancel your registration for any reason, please be sure to read our cancellation policy before doing so:

Before You Cancel: If a participant finds that they have registered for a training, but find that they are no longer able to attend, the KCM encourages said individual to nominate another co-worker or colleague to attend the training in their place.

Cancelling After Already Attending a Portion of the Training: If a participant has attended a portion of a training, but is unable to attend the remaining dates or times, that participant will be responsible for making up those dates with another training cohort. If said individual chooses not to make up those dates with another training cohort, the individual will not receive their training materials from the missed sessions.
