11:00am | Educational Workshop The Ins and Outs of Oklahoma's New Alcohol Beverage Requirements Serving alcohol can leave your restaurant and its employees vulnerable. The liabilities can be many, and the Oklahoma Restaurant Association wants to help educate and protect Oklahoma's operators on not only the existing laws, but on the new alcohol beverage laws. Join ORA Education Director Rick Hughes who will facilitate an educational session presented by Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE) Officers, Brent Fairchild and Erick Smoot. Brent and Erick will not only provide valuable information, but field frequently asked questions concerning general liquor operations.
