The Ins and Outs of Oklahoma's New Alcohol Beverage Requirements

Serving alcohol can leave your restaurant and its employees vulnerable. The liabilities can be many, and the Oklahoma Restaurant Association wants to help educate and protect Oklahoma's operators on not only the existing laws, but on the new alcohol beverage laws. Join ORA Education Director Rick Hughes who will facilitate an educational session presented by Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE) Officers, Brent Fairchild and Erick Smoot. Brent and Erick will not only provide valuable information, but field frequently asked questions concerning general liquor operations. If you are not informed on the new licensing laws, or just want to ask general operational questions this session is for you!

During this session, you’ll learn about Oklahoma's:
  • New Mixed Beverage Licensing for Caterers
  • New public events and the maximum number of events allowed
  • New Beer and Wine licensing
  • Individual licensing for serving drinks
  • Licensing and laws dealing with your establishment
  • Effective date for new requirements
