Eastside Community Action Center presents the 5th Annual Spread the Warmth Community Event, with a FREE WINTER COAT GIVEAWAY. All ages, all sizes, 1 coat per person (you must be present). UM Health-Sparrow Mobile Health Clinic will be onsite providing FREE health screenings. FREE.
