Ready to quit smoking? Now is a great time to participate in McLaren Greater Lansing’s Freedom from Smoking Support Group. During this 7-week class, you'll work with other people who are quitting smoking with a trained facilitator, set a quit date, build a plan, and work through your first few months smoke-free.
