Mental Health First Aid training teaches participants to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. The training gives individuals the skills and confidence they need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling and connect them to the appropriate resources. CMHA-CEI is hosting several sessions in the coming months. Training is $15 a person and cost includes all materials, 2.5 hours of pre work, and a one-day class session.
